Our favorite options when Barbie decides to hit the open road
One of the best options in the Barbie accessories realm is easily the Barbie car. Nothing gets you going more than placing the Barbie dolls in nice convertibles and letting them roll around town will give your child a lot of fun. The toys are easy to use and they will definitely get a lot of mileage as your child can build out a neighborhood of Barbies with which to play.
The downside with the Barbie car is that these toys can be expensive. Looking quickly on Amazon, there are a number of Barbie cars priced at 70 dollars or more. While these cars are nice, it seems a little excessive for a piece of plastic to have such a high price. Some of the models we saw at these prices included a pink corvette, as well as a clever Barbie Fiat. Of course, to be fair, both models came with the doll so it's not a terrible deal.
The good news, is if you're willing to go with cheaper options, there definitely are options available. Larger and clunkier, there are some nice pink convertibles that might not roll as well, but for your imagination, you can definitely get a good use from these toys. Even with these options, reviews are high, likely because of the amount of bang for the buck you're able to get.
Overall, the Barbie car is the perfect accessory. It allows your child to bring their Barbies out on the town as they hop in their cars and drive about. Let your child play and see where their imagination takes them.
